At Skall Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return period from the day you receive your order. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring the return form is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
